Leadership Essential Program
Set your company on the course for success with Emerald Isles’ team coaching. Conducting in-person workshops or coaching online, we cover business culture, leadership reflection, leading through change and managing teams.
Your Developing Teams workshops are run as 2 half-days or 1 full-day session. Employees will learn techniques to improve their communication and productivity. Through peer and self-management systems, they’ll produce a plan for personal development and set a schedule for implementation.
Real, sustainable change takes time. Our coaching works best when implemented consistently. Upon completion, an assessment reviews how coaching has impacted performance, employees and your business.

Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination Training
What steps are you taking to keep your people safe? Every business has a legal obligation to provide a safe work environment - a positive culture where people feel valued. Bullying, harassment or discrimination are often key risks to a safe and secure workplace. In this specialised training program, participants learn to identify, respond to and minimise inappropriate behaviours.
Training is either in-person as a half-day workshop or online in a 2-hour session.
