We’ll give you the tools to tune up your vision, overcome obstacles and highlight your strengths.

True leadership starts with you: to understand how to motivate others, leaders must first understand themselves. This is the core of our leadership development program.

 

To begin the process, we’ll get to know you better. Once you’ve completed a coaching questionnaire, you can connect with your coach in a complimentary 1-hour consultation. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, your roadblocks and your relationship to leadership.

 

Before we deep-dive into your development, we’ll perform a 360 multi-rater assessment. Talking to you, your peers and managers, our team will develop their understanding of your situation.

Then, based on our findings, we’ll start setting real-world goals for your leadership. Discussing your action plan and schedule for implementation, we’ll make a plan for our regular coaching sessions.

COACHING WORK?

After a period of coaching, we’ll pit-stop the program and assess your progress.

Repeating your 360 assessment, we’ll check for changes in your development areas and celebrate the leaps in your leadership.
